Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films typically horror films and martial arts. Her style is similar to The Cinema Snob in that she likes action-oriented films that are dumb. She began reviewing in late 2009, and when she gained some notoriety on the forums (under the name of her former handle Obscurus Lupa) she joined the ranks of the Channel Awesome family. The site remained active until mid-2015 in the year that Obscurus Lupa Presents was retooled into Movie Nights. The podcasts she hosts are about the Charmed franchise. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Here and here you can view her videos. There are also her videos on Twitter and Tumblr. Do you want to be as sexy as Allison? Ninja the Mission Force features her as Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' film Jesus Bro! was also featuring her. The role of a guest on Midnight Screenings is a regular occurrence. The show reviews horrible movies geared towards children, RiffTrax and live shows. It also occasionally features adult comedy. In late 2009 she began to review movies, and began to gain a following on the Channel Awesome forums. She joined the network's family of movie critics. She has appeared in countless Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She appeared on many shows from Nostalgia Critic and was a one of the original members of the family that Channel Awesome had with Doug Walker.
