Noureen DeWulf was born on the 28th of February 1984 in New York City. She was always a huge deal of interest in becoming an actor professionally. Her journey began when she attended at the School of the Arts at Boston University. Noureen started auditioning for roles shortly after her graduation. In 2005 she obtained a prominent role in a film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was also screened at other festivals across the globe. Also, it received an Oscar nomination for Best Live Action Short Film at the 79th annual Academy Awards in the year 2007. The film was the first step of Noureen DeWulf's success. Noureen has been featured in TV series such as Girlfriends, Chuck and Outsourced. Also, she's played minor and important roles in some of the most popular Hollywood films such as Ocean's Thirteen The Comebacks Ghosts of Girlfriends Past and The Back-up Plan. Her career began as a child actress in the late 1990s. She became more famous after 1999 when her performance of American Beauty gained worldwide recognition. Then, she starred in the critically acclaimed film Ghost World (2001), which brought her the Golden Globe nomination.

Her mother was on the streets for three years until she reached her age, when she was placed into care. Her adoptive father is white American who has military experience, and her mother who adopted her is Filipino.
